What are your favourite things to do or places to go in Hua Hin?

To start off a few things that I enjoy doing:

Bike (bicycle) ride along the beach at Khao Tao is good, best during the low tides when the beach is wide and sand is hard.
Coffee and cake at Baguettes on the Petchkasem Road is good.
A jug of Singha sitting in the garden area at Cicada on Friday or Saturday evenings is cool too.
Swimming in the neighbours pool.
